On October 25th Scoala Gimnaziala Stefan cel Mare in Bistrita organised a conference to introduce the project to the pupils, staff and local community. The conference was organised in the Festivity Hall of our school. Among the guests from the local community there were representatives of the City Hall, Romsilva( a Romanian Forest Association), Vitalia (a recycling centre), APMBN (an association which deals with protecting the environment), local media( Rasunetul) , parents and the School Inspectorate. There were also teachers and students who want to get involved in the project.
We introduced the project by explaining the pbjective, the target groups, and details about the activities. We also introduced our partners. We also introduced the project team in our school.
The students were very interested and signed a poster as an agreement of involvement in the project.
